The teeth surface is made of alloy steel through nitriding heat treatment, which is highly hard, wear-resistant and fatigue-resistant. It has minimal deformation and high precision, suitable for wind power planetary gearboxes, capable of withstanding heavy loads, alternating impacts, low noise and long service life, and is used for onshore and offshore wind turbines.
